Applied at the store on a computer application. They called me about 3 days after I applied and got an interview with a department manager. After the first interview I received another interview with the assistant store manager, and after that my third interview was with the store manager. So basically if the first two like you its a big chance that you get hired. The interviews are basic sit in an office at the store and ask questions.
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
