Interview
After getting a referral from a friend of mine who worked there. I did a computerized skills and iq test. After witch I was interviewed by one of the sales managers. The next day I received a call back and had an interview with the store manager. The only question he asked was to tell me about myself. He seemed to like me enough to higher me on the spot.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
