Normal interview with basic retail experience questions. Very laid back feeling. Whole interview took over an hour, and there was a writing portion. I felt like it was a bit too much for just an entry-level position in a bank. The biggest issue I had was that the atmosphere at the bank did not match the atmosphere the manager was trying to sell.

The interview was brief and and easy going. The branch manager asked me what I liked about my previous job and why I left. We were chatting and joking. Later on I got a phone call and was told I was hired

Easy fun and enjoyable lots of games also going to know each other. I was he did online interview because of Covid but overall it was an easy process we were able to redo the videos as many times as you want until you feel comfortable with your response.

The interview first consisted of a video interview, where you answer questions on video and then a in person interview. The in person interview was less formal than I expected it to be.
