Calm and casual interview. They don't want you to talk big a lot, they want you to show something. 80% of the interview is like we are part of the team and discussing about the job as a team. Another 20% is typical interview questions to know about behaviour and personality.

They first called me to ask why I applied to a startup company and then asked for my previous experiences and how they would be relevant to the job. They then asked why specifically to their company as opposed to the others
