Interview
The process is structured in 4 phases:
1) Phone interview with the Talent Aquisition
2) Interview with the manager
3) Interview with the Global Head Business Developer
4) Interview with Communication Manager.
The team is very organized and available to help and give all the info needed.
First i was called by the HR, he was very friendly and explained everything that was needed. Then he scheduled a meeting with the manager of the department. Here is when things start to be weird. When I arrived, the manager did not know about the interview, he never saw my CV and did not even bother to pretend that he was interested. I prepared a lot for the interview. After less than 5 mins, he decided to ask someone else to do the interview, for a position that I did not even apply for. Of course the guy was not prepared neither. It is super disrespectful to treat candidates in that way. Did not even get an email to say yes or no, in any case it was not the environment I would have wanted to be in.

Interview
J'ai passé un premier entretien téléphonique de 30 minutes avec le RH, j'ai ensuite eu un deuxième entretien avec le Manager et le Directeur Général dans les locaux de Meero.
Le processus est rapide.
