Standard procedure. A screening phone call, a discussion with the Manager and team members and an HR interview.
Very nice and polite people. HR is very responsive and open to feedbacks. The whole process should take 2 weeks at most, which I think other companies should follow this timeline to be able to attract talents before their competitors do in the market.

Interview
Initial 45 mins phone screen with HR, and second step was two back-to-back interviews consisting of a technical group panel (two technical questions) and a 1:1 with manager answering behavioural questions. Process was smooth and organized.

Very organized and make you feel comfortable. Very nice team and people and u don't feel you are giving interview. feels like normal chat session. Cover all aspects to be covered in interview.
