The process involved an initial phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with the security team. It included a mix of behavioral questions and scenario-based queries to assess decision-making skills. There was also a background check and a brief physical fitness assessment.

Very long and disorganized. Did almost 6 interviews before being told they didn’t have enough work to hire for this position. They were all with varying people from different teams that you wouldn’t necessarily be working with
