I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. I had 2 interviews with the recruiter before my information was submitted to Diamond Mind. I was then interviewed separately by the assistant manager and VP of the Client Services department. After the interview, I was told to expect to hear back within a week with their decision, as they were interviewing a few other candidates as well. I NEVER heard back from either Diamond Mind or the recruiter, even after reaching out to all parties a few times.

The interview process was very straight forward. I was told from the beginning by the recruiter that there will be a phone interview, an in person interview with the manager(s), and a team interview. There was also an aptitude test after the first phone interview with the recruiter that I had to complete before my next step.
