First I had a telephonic interview about 30 minutes. Interviewee was very nice. After that I was came for second round of interview at their office. They made me fill two forms of unnecessary details. After that they asked almost same questions as 1st interview. After that they we can't pay according to your expectations. They wanted a guy with only knowledge of React Native. If you have know other technologies they doesn't care. Also they(HR) will make cheap excuse to pay you less like In previous company there were only 14 employees that's why you were getting more money we are more than 100 so can't pay you that much.
