Interview
the boss of the firm is the one who did the interview.
1. introduce and explain some background
2. explain some work on the architectural portfolio - the work shown within the portfolio will be the main point to deduct ur salary
3. discuss the salary - the employer will try to get less pay with u, but when it comes to work, he will ask u to do lots of work, finish in short time. e.g. there is one day that he ask us to propose the project concept, plan layout, and all elevation and complete it within one day.

- please introduce yourself
- why do u design like this (e.g. the academic work project), bad concept, the project didn't represent the concept at all (but the project that I present got A+ grade)
- I can provide u with only this much as your salary since your architectural portfolio didn't present much good work, etc
