I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dermatology Foundation (Evanston, IL) in Dec 2020
Interview
It consisted of two interviews. Staff was friendly and direct on expectations and needs for the position. Overall a good experience. Interviews were all online since it was covid. Whish I'd been able to see the office environment prior to the starting.

Question 1
How do you see your experince translating to the position you are applying for?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dermatology Foundation (Evanston, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had one short phone interview and was asked to come in the next week. They make you create a word table from an example. Then you have to type in and sort an excel table from a list of donors. Seriously doubt the donors realize their full names, addresses, and ginormous donations are being given to anyone that walks in the door.
Interviewed with three people including the ED. Here's the red flags: 1. Everyone whispers because that's the way the ED likes it. 2. Everything needed to learn the job is on paper in binders, not electronic, because that's the way the ED likes it. 3. The questions were about how submissive I am and how I handle excessive amounts of work. 4. The ED tried to psychoanalyze me, asking about my parents and home life growing up.
