3 weeks in December, 5 rounds of 30 mins each with technical, behavioral and situational/scenario based questions! All interviewers were easy to talk to and tried making me less nervous except the last round with director. Everyone was well educated and had sound knowledge in GRC and data security field. I think they wanted to check the knowledge as well as willingness to learn new things in fast paced environment.

They had such a lengthy process of having 6 rounds for an Analyst role that needed more than 8 years of experience. After clearing all the 6 rounds the HR mentioned they want to take it slow since i am the only one who got selected through all the rounds the management want to see some more people that goes through all the 6 rounds, which was not at all professional. The just use your time when they are not sure about the role and requirements. And after all this they finally removed the job post from the career site and didn't even care to update the candidate who spent so much time going through all 6 rounds even on holidays. One of the bad interview experience. They are not clear not professional and the HR who was coordinating with me was laid off in between the process. So please dont waste your time on such companies when they have such a lengthy process for name sake but not valuing people's time and expertise.
