They request documents.

Regarding the final interview stage, it is considered standard practice, particularly for outward-facing roles, to include a presentation component. This step helps us understand how candidates approach real-world challenges and communicate solutions, which are critical aspects of the role. We aim to make these exercises relevant and respectful of candidates’ time.
