Recently, I was approached by HR to discuss a position at their company that had been open for over a year. From the very first step, I made my expectations clear, and at that time, they assured me it wasn’t an issue. The process moved forward with multiple online and in-person meetings, which seemed promising.
However, when we reached the final stage, they suddenly disappeared without any explanation. I later learned that my expectations, which were initially acceptable, were now considered too high. To make matters worse, they never officially closed the process or sent a rejection email.
It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience—ultimately a waste of time for both sides.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Delta Electronics in Oct 2025
