I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Airport Consultants (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Everyone was extremely friendly and the questions were honest. They were more interested in how you think and solve problems vs knowing the "correct" answers right off the bat. My interview also included an apartment tour because I was relocating for the position.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Delta Airport Consultants
Interview
They mandate a minimum 2-year training program irrespective of your experience! The lady interviewing me didn't have much information about how the real-life scenario looks like. However hard I tried to get some information, she didn't have any. It was mostly restricted to their training program.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Delta Airport Consultants (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2020
Interview
I was introduced to the company through my University career fair. They said the program would be in either Richmond or Charlotte. I had a phone interview a few weeks after meeting the recruiter, then was invited to a presentation that fully described the position and program. I was then invited to a 2-day interview via video call (COVID). It was pretty intense for a few of the interview sections. first being a typical "here is the company, tell me about yourself", the second was behavioral situations, and the third was technical assessment. The man who conducted the situational interview was intense and unwelcoming. Finally, after 2 weeks, I was invited to the office in Charlotte to tour the city, office, and apartment they would give you. In the end, I was not offered a position.
