Very strenuous process. Once you apply, you will need to wait until your application is received and reviewed. You then fill out one of those psychological evaluation/quizzes. You go through a series of interviews after that, if you pass. First the video interview, then a phone interview. Then if you pass this phone interview (i.e., don't put your foot in your mouth because you've passed thus far and all you have to do is be gracious and accept the invitation for the face-to-face interview), you are invited at the end of this conversation to go to Atlanta for the face-to-face portion. This is the most intense part. You are brought into Delta Headquarters along with about 50-70 others. Everything is very organized and keep in mind you are being watched from the moment you step onto the property. Be personable with EVERYONE, including other candidates. Dress the part. Remember this is the south. For both men and women, attend in a suit (or dress/skirt suit with pantyhose!!!). Polished. You will go through 3 different portions of the interview. Be prepared to introduce yourself to a group; answer spontaneous questions relating to travel, customer service, and Delta; and to do a sit down interview with two interviewers. Also, you'll be pulled out to do a reach test. Once the interview is over, they will select certain interviewees to stay behind to give them an offer. If selected, be prepared to do a drug test within 72 hrs. and go through a background check by providing all of your former employers. Keep in mind that you may be selected after the fact. It is not strictly limited to those selected after the face-to-face interview itself.
