- 2.0Sept 13, 2023Customer ServiceCurrent Employee, less than 1 yearMontreal, QC
Pros
Overall, it's an excellent company to work for. The work environment is highly conducive, fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes productivity and well-being. Colleagues are not only friendly but also incredibly supportive, always ready to lend a helping hand whenever you need it. One standout feature of this company is its robust benefits program, which goes above and beyond to ensure the welfare of its employees
Cons
The company's management and hiring processes need improvement. Communication is lacking, and understaffing leads to long hours and mandatory days off. Payment is not the greastest, and consider you have to pay Union fees and EI from your pocket
