Minimal. They mostly do hiring events, where they send a survey prior, have you come in with all other prospects, ask you three corporate cookie cutter questions like "describe a situation you displayed safety consciousness, then they have you sit outside the interview room for 5 minutes where they make the soon the spot, if you pass they have you do a basic and easy physical fitness test, if you don't they lie and say they'll get back to you instead of just saying no.

I applied and they sent me a video interview a week later sent it in the next day and has not heard a response yet. It has been two weeks with no response. But I am patiently waiting.

My interview Process was a lot different Than what they are introducing to candidates these days. It was a phone interview that you had to pass then a group and A one on one interview held in the same day After the phone interview. Now I think they do video interviews and some more things.
