I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
It’s a very easy to follow process from the online application, followed by pre recorded interview, talent assessment, webcam interview and finally a F2F interview if you managed to pass the previous ones. You are evaluated through behavioral questions, judgement situation questions and personality.
If you managed to get to the F2F interview, you got to be at their facilities by 5am. Once you set foot in their facilities, you’ll be monitored until the end of the interview based on your behavior, natural personality and various tasks. Some people are selected the very same day as the interview, and others will be contacted afterwards. Do not get discourage if you are not selected the same day of the F2F.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
