it was a 3-step process. The application The face-to-face interview and then the in-person interview just be yourself and dress to impress. always promote teamwork and relax when going through the interview process remember to relax and keep a smile for positive interactions.

Practice the STAR METHOD Situation Task Action Result
Easy process offered job same day as face to face. Online interview was also pretty smooth. Make sure you answer in star format as that is required they have actual employees in the current role doing the interviews
First round document check
Second round language and computer proficiency
Third round management round
Once cleared contract might be offered on the spot.
Prepare to put in good referrals as they will be really calling them.
You’re put in a room with all candidates. You’re required to define a word and where you will travel first if hired. From there you interview one on one with a manager.
