Interview
After some online quizzes and a FaceTime like interview with a flight attendant then you go to the in person group interview in Atlanta.
The divide you into 3 groups AB and C.
With the 3 groups your rotate doing tasks which include building a galley cart, 1 to 1 interview with a flight attendant and info and Q&A. They say multiple times in the interview that even if you aren’t selected that you can reapply and many flight attendants have applied multiple times.
After you do the tasks you are put back into the first room and they call group 1 which are the 1st rejected candidates group 2 are the likely rejected candidates and group 3 get a conditional offer on the spot.
I felt like overall the interviewees were treated more like a heard of cattle, including the candidates who got the offer. The candidates selected in my group were all under 30.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a coworker who did not do their part of a task.
Training is lonely and you are away from your family, and the pay is low, how are you going to deal with that? (Something like that)
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
