I applied online. One week later I got an email saying I was chosen for the video interview. I completed that and then one week after that I got a link for a f2f interview. Both f2f and video interviews had standard customer service/behavioral questions that you can find here and get well prepared. The worst part of the whole process was come to LAX for a f2f interview only to find out they were not hiring CS Agents but Early Valets. WTF?! Not one time in 3 weeks had anyone mentioned that they were actually hiring for a different position. They explained it like this - since they have no description yet for the Early valet position, they simply post whatever. So they make you fill the application, go thru the video interview, make you come to an actual interview only to tell you the news over there. The stupid moron who came up with this f-ing idea needs to be fired! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DELTA - such a waste of time and effort

Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months

Multiple phases; initial step was by webcam via app called HireVue. There was a five question interview. Questions are recorded and can be deleted and re-recorded as many times as you would like.
