I applied online and finished the assessment in the beginning of April 2015. I received an email and a phone call by April 15. I was told I'd be going through a phone screening to determine my eligibility. I passed and was given information regarding a follow up email about flights and interview details. It was in general, a pretty decent progression. Very swift in return. I wasn't expecting it to go by this quickly. I interview, in person, on April 23, 2015! Send me some good energy!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
