I applied in-person. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Meet in a room with all applicants. Then they went over basics for the job made it seem like you already had the job. Then you go in a room with an interviewer and they ask star questions. I already knew I didn't get the job because I was the only one that left after my interview. It made me feel bad but it's whatever.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was an over the phone interview process which lasted roughly 15 - 20 minutes. I believe I was asked about 5 questions from the interviewer. The questions ranged from if I was still interested in the position I applied to can I deal with the weather changes due to being outside.

Question 1
Are you still interested in the position? Can you handle 75 lbs.
The interview process was fairly straight forward as I had a recommendation from someone currently on the team. One of the two people in charge of conducting interviews was somewhat "lax" in his mannerisms and seemed as though he would've hired anyone (it was a mostly manual labor position) barring some significant red flags.
