I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Many steps; online app, ethics test, video interview, phone interview, group interview and finally one-on-two. Also about a dozen flight attendants watching interviewers the length of the group day and their input and opinions are considered.
Unfortunately I listened to too many reviews and recommendations instead of just being myself which might have lead to a better outcome.
Of around 50 in our group interview about 30 % were men, 20 % over 35, 5 or so already attendants for other airlines.

Question 1
Tell of a time your coworker wasn't doing what they should....
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
