I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Online application requires a 10 year work and residence history, three professional and/or personal references and the option to upload a resume. After this, a 100 psych style Yes/No questionnaire is required. Very simple overall. Next I was invited to record an online interview via HireVue. 6 behavioral questions were asked with 2 minutes allowed per answer. Next, I was sent an email explaining to expect a phone call. During the phone call, I was asked several standard questions and the position was explained to me. I was then told I was invited to a face to face interview in Atlanta and that I'd be receiving an email with possible dates to choose from.
The in-person interview is held at Delta headquarters and is overseen by people from Delta HR dept. and current Flight Attendants.
We were broken up into 3 groups and rotated throughout the day. One section is a group Q&A session, one section is a video explaining duties and company and we were required to give a brief introduction of ourselves. Third segment was the trickiest, a two on one interview with 6-7 bahavioral questions. At the end everyone is ThanksFor their time and select names are called to stay behind. They have received job offers. Everyone else is shuttled back to their car or the airport.

Question 1
What experience and qualities make you a good fit for this position?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
