I applied on the 11 of January and got an email telling me to complete an online assessment.The assessment should only take 15 to 20 minutes of your time but be sure to only start it when you will have enough time to finish.
The next time I heard from them was on the 13 of January. I was selected to move forward to the next step in the selection process - a recorded video interview.

We want to prepare you to be as successful as possible so before you begin, here are a few key tips:
1. First, treat this video interview as you would any face-to-face interview so please dress accordingly in professional attire and make eye contact with your interviewer - in this case, the camera lens of your webcam or mobile device.
2. Next, your recorded interview should take no longer than 45 minutes - ensure your recorded interview is conducted at a time and in a place in which you are alone and free of interruption.
3. Please complete your interview within 3 business days of receipt of your invitation. Failure to do so will result in Delta withdrawing you from consideration as being no longer interested.
I completed and submitted the digital interview on 16th of January. Delta Talent Acquisition emailed me 21 of January to give results on digital interview.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
