First applied online. Two weeks later I received an e-mail requesting I take an online interview (one-way). A few days later I received a phone call, in which they discussed uniform requirements and a bit about the position. At the end of the conversation I was told I was invited to a F2F.
I received an e-mail to confirm a date ( roughly a week after). I picked the morning session, which began at 7:30am. We were given clear folders to supply our printed applications and passport in, which we handed over. Split in to three groups, we rotated between the informational session, "fireside" chat and one-on-one interviews. I was Group C, so I began in the info session. Here we did a small intro - name, where from and current job. Two FA's then gave us a rundown on training, uniforms, pay, seniority, etc. Next was the fireside chat. We sat in a circle and were handed cards with questions (ie - if you could travel anywhere, where would it be?; what does being a FA mean? etc). Last were the in person. There are two interviewers - one FA and one HR rep. Questions were much like those already mentioned on here, I felt fairly comfortable and easily answered.
After all is done, they read off the names of those who made it. It sounded like those chosen had a second language - even though the group was very mixed. They chose about 8. A few day s later I received the TBNT e-mail.
