Question 1
Delta uses the STAR interview process (Situation, Task, Action, Result) so be prepared for behavioral interview questions. Some interviewers may also use case interview kinds of questions as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
There was a phone screening call, an online self conducted interview with 5 questions, a video interview, then a final round of 2 video interviews. It was extensive and took overall about 5 months from applying to the final interview.

Interview
Applied on Delta website; I was emailed (not by a recruiter but from a general HR email address) a link and instructions to complete a HireVue video interview within the next 3-4 days. Four questions, two chances to record answer for each question, three min for each question.
Two days later, I received a congratulatory email, again from the vague HR email address and NOT a recruiter, to move to the next stage - an in-person interview/presentation and campus tour with a team member - and asked for my availability for various times on a day they chose. The email also stated they were unable to reschedule any interviews. A coordinator scheduled my flight + hotel for the day before the interview date. An actual recruiter then emailed me a case study to prepare (excel data analysis of +80K rows and a 1-2 page presentation for a ~10 min discussion as part of the interview) a weekend before my interview date. At this point, I had not spoken with an actual person (recruiter or hiring manager) via phone or zoom yet. I withdrew from consideration.

Question 1
HireVue:
1) Tell us about yourself and why you decided to apply to Delta/for this role.
2) STAR: Describe a time when you had to think outside the box to solve a difficult problem. What were the results?
3) STAR: Describe a time when you had to get a group of people to work together toward a common goal; what did you do, what was the outcome?
4) What are your salary expectations with what you know of this role so far?
Case study:
Seems like an actual to-do for the team. Two excel sheets, each +20K rows. Know pivot tables + graphs is helpful, but it tests creative problem solving.

Interview
Very simple interview process. The first step is a video interview. Next it is followed by a Skype interview with management. They make the decision following that interview. The process was normal and very similar to past interviews I’ve had.
