I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
Applied online 02/07/14 Heard back two weeks later. Wanted Passport # before phone interview. 02/15/2014 Didn't have Passport on hand, so they said to call back. Called back, was told a Senior Recruiter would call; was called back but missed call; call back, was told again SR would call back. 24 hrs passed noticed application moved from "under review" to "withdrew from consideration," panic- called back and was immediately interviewed - phone. Answered questions such as child napping on floor, person too intoxicated how to deal, Weather delay, customer complains about food, a time with a difficult customer, situation that was unfair. Lady said, "Thanks, SR will call back if need additional information."
Went back to website, noticed file now said, "Under review." Still waiting to hear back from SR.
BTW: I applied for the LOD position - French

Question 1
How to deal with an intoxicated customer who wants more to drink- how to handle/what do you do?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA)
