I applied back in October and received a call last Thursday. It was hard getting through after I missed the call from Randy @00 so make sure you answer the phone. I made it though both phone interviews.

Name a time you had to convince a person to get on board with something you were doing. Describe in details what that was and how it turned out!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.

it went really smooth and was a great experience. they really made me feel at home and I hope to get a call back soon. the questions were focused on customer service and brand identity.
