I have not gotten a f2f interview yet so that is why I selected no offer yet. I applied online, was invited to complete an online personality test (about 100 multiple choice questions) and was invited to a HireVue virtual interview right after that (it was 6 questions). Hoping to get a f2f interview soon, I’ve read this could take some time to get hired. So far my status shows “under review” still. Delta is a GREAT company!!

The interview process was brief and informal, focusing mainly on my personality and overall fit for the team. The conversation covered my background, interest in the role, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The interview was 4 Questions and easy , pretty great environment ! They put it down on a piece of paper to review it I didn’t get the job though which I don’t understand that part. Why say hire if you won’t hire , I was an hour early had the correct attire as well and I thought the interview went well

Interview
From start to finish was a smooth process. Went much easier than I had anticipated. I was nervous but they were very kind & made everyone in our group feel like a part of the Delta family.
