I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Nov 2016
Interview
I'm super excited. I applied for Delta Air Lines Flight Attendant (Non-Bilingual) position on 11/12. I completed the extended application and all of the assessments in one day. I was contacted on 11/20 for a VI. Completed the VI on 11/23. I was so shocked to even hear back so fast, or even at all! I'm hoping and praying I make it all the way through. The VI was pretty easy just check out Glassdoor and practice recording yourself because that's basically what the VI is.. all of the questions are on here, but make sure you answer in the STAR format. At least that's what I've been reading on every post. Hopefully I'll hear back. I'll keep you guys posted. Good luck to everyone!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
