I was contacted by a recruiter which set up an initial phone interview with the technical lead at Delphi where we discussed what I've been working on at previous companies. The second phase was an in person interview at Delphi's location which went: 1. Technical C test with emphasis on syntax. 2. An easy algorithm to implement in c. 3. Technical discussion around what I've worked on at previous companies.
