2 HR Rounds + 1 CEO Round + 2 Case Study Rounds + 1 Manager Round. After a strenous case study round which involved spending a lot of time in a case study, another round was conducted with an arrogant junior guy and CEO. Before the case study, conduct all the rounds, so that the candidate does not end up wasting time. A random Joe with a limited understanding of what it's like to have a diverse experience and experience in only one field should not be interviewing people who are not in core business roles. Every business looks at "QUANTIFIABLE" numbers.

Have good basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AKS, and DevOps. Comfortable with light multitasking, not restricted to a single responsibility. Adapt quickly, avoid getting stuck, manage work smoothly, and maintain productivity while also planning and enjoying holidays effectively with balance.
