I had an interview process with Deliveroo that included four steps: Meet and Greet with HR: This was essentially a discussion about my previous experience. Technical and Business Round: I had a great conversation with the interviewer. They were really chill, and we connected well during the discussion. Code Submission: I submitted a code assignment to HR for evaluation. Architecture Round: This round focused on secure design and best practices, followed by a live coding round where I answered follow-up questions on the code I had submitted. After these steps, I received a rejection. However, when I asked for feedback, I was really impressed by Deliveroo's response. The HR connected with me via a video call, providing detailed feedback on each round, highlighting my strengths and areas for improvement. This was a first for me, as I had never received such comprehensive feedback from any HR before. I really appreciated Deliveroo's approach to the process.
