This is definitely the best interview process I ever had. I applied online and heard back in a couple of days from the hiring manager herself. I had a couple of questions about the role, and we scheduled an informal chat online so I could go through them. I was then sent an exercise I had to complete.
The recruiter contacted me soon after, to schedule the onsite round. He was prompt, responsive, and very friendly. I also really liked how honest he was about everything (from culture, salary, benefits etc). I then went in for the onsite round.
Everyone I met was friendly, clearly loved what they did, and open. The offices are probably one of the best I've seen in London. The energy is fantastic and infectious. It never felt like an interview, but like I was having a chat with new friends and telling them about what I do.
A couple of days later, the recruiter called with an offer and feedback. I really appreciate this because I feel no matter how you do, the feedback is important. I received a pretty decent offer but turned it down as my current company offered me a promotion and a better benefits package.
