I was scheduled a telephone screening. This was prompt and on time. After successfully passing this it then progressed to hangouts call scheduled a week later. This lasted around 30 minutes. It was pretty straight forward.

Interview
Applied to the role on the website and received an assessment 10 days after. After I completed the assessment, I got a call from HR asking me questions about my background and experience. They then setup an interview with the manager the next day

what would you do if you caught a colleague stealing?
Asked for previous experience in the warehouse in similar roles. you have to be able to show a basic level of understanding of managing stock with expiry dates, inbounding, etc.
