They hired on campus. The interview mainly revolved around the various technical concepts such as conductors , HV systems, Substations , Power Systems.
There were also some questions on the about yourself, Systems in India, your strengths and weaknesses etc etc.

One interview- Mostly revolved around technical and HR questions.
Questions ranged from tell me about yourself to specific questions on power systems. Also a bit on cable and substation and power sector in India.
