I had a great interview experience with DeleteMe. For me, it was three rounds. The first one was with the head of engineering which was mostly behavioral and informational. The next two were technical interviews with engineers with whom I'd be working directly. One was more focused on algorithms and my general approach to coding and solving problems. The other was more focused on JavaScript knowledge and theory. Overall, I felt like it was a fair and well-balanced interview process. It seemed like all of the conversations had a purpose and they were able to get a good assessment of how I'd perform in the role.
