Interview
It's a 2-part process. First you have an initial intake screening and then a second actual interview with management. It is all virtual but the team really takes the awkwardness out of the situation. They are genuinely trying to get to know you and see if they are a right fit for you, just as much as are you a right fit for them.

Question 1
They do ask the standard experience and background questions, but they also spend a lot of time with questions regarding your interests, personal preferences for a job, and various scenarios. Again, this process feels less like they're wondering if you have the credentials, and more like they're wondering if you would be happy with the company.
