Great interview, the manager took the time to get to know me a little. The interview took about 2 hours and about an hour was just us talking about things and getting to know me. Everyone was very nice as well. If you get an offer I recommend taking it and giving the company a shot.

Was referred to by a personal connection, was called in for an interview 2 days later..............the interview was less than 30 minutes and no challenge at all. Basic questions, how much do you know about A/c? Are you good with people? Would you like to work long hours with little pay?
