friendly interview with the President, MD and CTO - I learnt a lot about the company itself and understood how I could contribute. Also was helpful that I had previous internships. Very open company with lot of opportunity to do many things since its a startup. Its also growing into a bigger and better facility with many many more employees needed. The India facility is also pretty big
