Quite terrible and unprofessional, frankly ! I booked the interview one month in advance and they were still hiring. When the only HR person was asked if this was something normal and the position is still open. What they were asked why, the answer was that the person was on vacation. Not even an automated email, after I requested some feedback, was sent. The HR person was very nonchalant about it ! The mentioned an asynchronous assignment that was not asynchronous as you had 75 minutes to complete it after it was sent ! A date and time was provided but the assessment was never received. No reply to the follow up email either ! Overall a very bad experience. You can infer how it feels to work there.
