Interview
First I had an initial call with the HR, then I was assigned to complete a small project with an excel and some statistic exports, after that I was interviewed with the TLs with questions about the task. I received no feedback after the 3rd interview which I believe is pretty bad as I had already completed the task and reached to 3rd call

Interview
The technical was ok. Team was great. Nothing really challenging. First and final interview were a bit weird tho.
On the first interview they didnt even ask me for salary expectations. I got throught their interview processes, first, technical, and CTO.
Although HR told me that the technical team really wanted me, after 9 days with the CTO interview, who was asking random questions, they didnt give me an offer "because of seniority" , when I literally answered everything and I have 5+ years of experience.
By the way, CTO said its normal to work overtimes due to product demands.
I would not recommend
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deep Sea (Greece) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews in a pretty acceptable timespan (2-3 weeks).
- First: Typical HR
- Second: Engineering questions, no project (pretty good interview)
- Third: Meet with CTO and more generic/high-level questions (this is where I understood that there's not really work-life balance and workload would be very high, he also stated that for self-study online courses or whatever I would need to do them on my personal time)
After these, no reply for rejection. Pretty bad experience overall.
