Decimal Technologies Lead Java Developer interview questions

HR scheduled interview for technical round. at tha last moment interviewer reschedule the interview because he was very busy in fixing in production issue. He Reschedule the interview on weekends but he has not come to take interview on weekends and another guy taken the interview. This guy was asking question by reading some documents and was matching answers from there. In between of interview he has received the phone call 2 times.when I have asked HR about feedback then she told it's Reject.totally waste of time.
