I interviewed with them.
Their Product team in Bangalore is full of South Indian people.
They discriminate against others.
One of the team members clearly mentioned that we don’t adjust with North indians. We talk in our language.
They later selected a guy who was grossly underqualified but was from the Manager’s college.
I can’t imagine how bad it would be to work with such a team.
When we complained, the HR blatantly ignored our complain.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Decathlon (Paris) in Jul 2022

Un premier entretien avec le Talent Acquisition, échange assez générique, présentation, parcours pro... de son côté, petite intro sur Decathlon, l'organisation au sein de l'équipe concerné. Ensuite échange autour de la rémunération. Echange très transparent dans lequel il explique les avantages et le fonctionnement du variable.
Explication du processus d'entretien.
A la suite de cet entretien, 3 étapes son prévue :
-1 entretien sur les Valeurs avec le TA
- 1 entretiens sur les Skills avec le N+1
et si les 2 sont concluant 1 entretien sur l'organisation... avec le N+2

- Faites vous du sport ou avez-vous fait du sport, si oui lesquels.
- Ou vous voyez-vous professionnellement dans 2 et 5 ans.
- Comment avez-vous pu définir la stratégie produit.
- De quel manière avez-vous établi la Road Map.
