I had an interview with different members of the team (legal, COO, finance, product,HR).
Interviews in the store and at the adjacent cafe
Nice to speak with several members of the team to give a good idea of the job, atmosphere..
This was a 3-stage interview process, which included a sports-based activity (basketball for me). I believe this was to see how you as a candidate worked with the team, and if the employer thinks you are a good fit for the team.
