Interview
There is an Online Group Induction, with a brief explanation and demonstration of the material, and an opportunity to try out a presentation yourself. There are also a few questions asked individually near the end about handling classroom situations. All of the information you need will be provided beforehand anyway

Question 1
Very simple questions, mostly about how to deal with classroom situations. E.g what would you do if a child was being bullied?
Evaluated session that you attend and have to present and learn. You are given an exercise to share and then they evaluate and picked from this. You also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn about Debate Mates values
Group activity, I was given a sheet with instructions either for a game or to teach debating . Then I was told to present the activity to the group as a mentor. The other people in the group acted as "students"
