Engaged management team. Good conversation instead of just plain interview questions. Interviewer seemed as interested in my career goals than just background. Made me want to work at Dean McGee.

Interview
I applied and they called within a week. I interviewed with the manager and director. Seemed to really care about the organization and customer service. Very nice facility. Interview lasted a little over an hour and they were really comfortable to talk with.
